1)  CHECK-IN TIME AND PLACE: 

·         Entry must be in place and ready in its entirety by 3:30 p.m.

·         Check-in and entrance to the parade line-up will ONLY be from the westbound lane of Lebanon Road – no exceptions will be made!

·         Lineup will be on the westbound Lebanon Road lane in front of the Jerry Agee Law Enforcement Center.

·         Inspections will begin immediately at 3:30 p.m.  The parade will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m.,

·         PLEASE NOTE: Access Lebanon Road from Old Hickory Boulevard or Central Pike. There will be a central check-in point on Lebanon Road that will only be accessible from the westbound lanes. There will be NO entry into the line-up from other points on Lebanon Road.

2)  MOVEMENT IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES

·         Continuous movement after the parade begins is mandatory

·         The parade will continue down Lebanon Road, turn onto Old Lebanon Road, pass Donelson Plaza, proceed to Lebanon Pike (turning west), and follow through to Fairway Drive.

·         At the end of the parade, you are to keep moving on Fairway Drive until you have been instructed by parade volunteers or officials to stop; this is for the safety of everyone involved in the parade, and WE CANNOT IMPRESS UPON YOU ENOUGH THE IMPORTANCE OF FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS.

3) REMEMBER TO PERFORM AT THE JUDGES VIEWING SECTION

·         The judges viewing stand will be in front of Donelson Plaza on Old Lebanon Road

·         Remember to perform at this point, as the judges will be instructed to judge on what they see at this point and this point only.
